support is for installation issues and is intended to help you
get up and running as quickly as possible. The complementary support
period begins on your purchase date and ends 30 days later. Our
complementary technical support is available via this online form
only. Please include your serial number on all support requests.

page. For bug and product enhancements, please submit your request
using our Product Feedback Forms.
As a suggested starting point we recommend:
- First review the online product help and the user manual
(.PDF file). The user manual contains detailed information on
the program.
- Review the readme file (.txt) that was installed with the
program. These files contain up-to-date product information.
